It is very important to start the gear of the oil pump correctly, otherwise the pump will be damaged. Here are some common knowledge before starting. Please pay attention to it.
Preparation before starting:
Whether the motor steering is correct or not (with the direction indicated on the pump body), the test time should be short so as not to cause dry wear and tear of the grinding parts caused by the internal rotation of the pump due to no liquid lubrication.
Open the exhaust valve to fill the whole pump body with liquid, and close the exhaust valve when it is full.
Check whether all parts are normal.
The high temperature type should be preheated at a rate of 50 C/h in order to ensure uniform heating of the components.
Start:
Close the pump outlet valve;
Fully open pump inlet valve;
Start the motor and observe whether the pump is running normally.
If the user installs a flow meter or pressure gauge at the outlet of the pump, the pump should be operated at the rated points listed in the performance parameter table by adjusting the opening of the outlet valve. If the user does not install a flow meter or pressure gauge at the outlet of the pump, the opening of the outlet valve should be adjusted; the motor and electricity of the pump should be measured. Flow, so that the motor in the rated current operation, otherwise will cause the pump overload operation (that is, large current operation, until the motor burned out) adjustable outlet valve opening large and small and pipeline conditions related;
Check the leakage of shaft seal, the leakage of mechanical seal should be less than 3 drops per minute in normal time.
Check the motor, bearing temperature rise is less than 80 C.
Shutdown:
Close the outlet pipe valve;
Cut off the power supply;
Close the inlet pipeline valve;
If the pump is stopped for a long time, the liquid in the pump should be exhausted.
