Fault Phenomenon: Reasons for Failure of High Pressure Gear Pump Layout
1. Inhalation or discharge valves are closed.
2. The inlet is unexpected or the pressure is too low.
3. High viscosity, high pressure gear pump can not bite countermeasure.
3. Verify the direction of rotation, whether the valve is closed, check the valve and pressure gauge.
4. Check the liquid viscosity to see if the flow rate at low speed is proportional to the speed. If there is flow rate, the flow will be insufficient.
Fault Phenomenon: Reasons for Flow Insufficiency of High Pressure Gear Pump
1. The suction or discharge valves are closed, the inlet pressure is low, and the outlet pipeline is blocked.
2. Before pressing into the self-tightening oil seal, a layer of lubricant should be coated on the surface, paying attention to the orientation of the edge, and not reversing.
3. Packing box leakage, low speed countermeasures, confirm whether the valve is closed, check whether the valve is open.
4. Verify whether the discharge is normal.
5. Tightening, a large number of leaks affecting production, should stop operation, disassembly and inspection.
6. Check the actual speed of high-pressure gear pump shaft.
